Upload / Download Data Restrictions

When uploading/ downloading files, there is no restriction on the number of files that can be uploaded/ downloaded in one process. 

There are however restrictions on the amount of data that can be uploaded/ downloaded in one process:

Upload restrictions:
(no restrictions on the number of files; only the size of the entire upload)

  • 3 GB max for standard files
  • 1 GB max for ZIP files that will be unpacked by the system

Download restrictions:

  • unlimited for a single file
  • 1.5 GB for mass downloads

Files that end in the following cannot be uploaded to the system:
