How to Start a Workflow
Workflows can only be started with a file that has already been uploaded to the system. Once the file has been uploaded, there are two ways to start a workflow:
1) in the Files-Module
2) in the Workflow-Module

In the module files, locate the file you would like to start a workflow with and then select the file by checking the box in front of the filename.
Next, select Start Workflow from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page and click Execute.
On the next page select the name of the workflow to start from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Only workflows to which you have access rights will be shown in the menu.
Click Start at the bottom of the page to start the selected workflow!

In the Workflow Module (name may vary) click the button to open the page Start Workflow
On the page Start workflow select the name of the Workflow to start from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
All workflows to which you have access rights to will be listed in the menu.
Next, select the file to attach to the workflow by clicking either:
- Add existing file - if the file has already been uploaded to the system
- Upload new file - to upload a new file to the system and attach
Once a file is attached, click Start at the bottom of the page to start the workflow!
