Raise a Ticket

How you can submit a support request:

  1. Open the homepage.

  2. For detailed support, click the Raise a Ticket button either on home page bar or at the bottom of the page.

  3. Select the relevant product from the list to proceed.

  4. Once you've chosen a product, you'll be guided through the rest of the form fields.

  5. Provide all the required information in the form to help the support team understand your issue and direct it to the appropriate team.

  6. Once you've filled out the form, click Next to submit your request.
